The RN will be responsible for ensuring high-quality nursing care in the operating room, observing the surgical team’s activities, and assisting in creating a safe and comfortable environment for patients undergoing surgery. Key Responsibilities Circulate surgical cases and manage nursing care within the operating room. Observe the surgical team from a broad perspective and provide necessary assistance. Maintain a safe and sterile environment for all surgical procedures. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a level 1 or 2 trauma center. Experience with da Vinci Surgical Robot, neuro-spine, and cranial procedures is required. Preferred experience includes pediatric OR and orthopedic trauma. Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred, though not required. Work Schedule This position offers a work schedule of four 10-hour days, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
