Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Operating Room assignment in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

About the role

This 13-week travel assignment starts on September 21, 2026, with a schedule of 12-hour day shifts and 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and maintain sterile field support
• Coordinate surgical workflow and anticipate procedural needs
• Document clinical activities accurately
• Collaborate with surgical teams across various specialties (General, Ortho, OBGYN, Robotics, Urology, Hand, Podiatry)
• Apply clinical judgment and adapt to dynamic surgical environments
• Demonstrate knowledge of surgical procedures, techniques, instrumentation, and technology

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (preferred)
