Required Experience and Qualifications
- 2+ Years of RN OR Experience
- Level 2 Trauma Experience
- Proficient in Ortho, Vascular, Neuro, Gen/Gyn, and Urology
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification
- Active Michigan/MILicense as stated in LARA and/or Nursys
Preferred Experience
- Recent travel work experience (highly preferred)
Required Documentation
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty (Operating Room)
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms completed within the last two years
