About the role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Operating Room position in New Albany, Ohio. The assignment starts 10/25/2026, lasts 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week (12‑hour day shifts).

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑operative assessments and prepare patients for surgery.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition during procedures.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Educate patients and families regarding post‑operative care and recovery.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior experience in an operating room setting preferred.
• Compliance with health and safety requirements.
