Travel OR RN - $2,093 per week
Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Operating Room assignment in Hurricane, West Virginia.
About the role
This 13-week travel assignment begins on September 17, 2026, with a schedule of 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the Operating Room (OR) with a focus on orthopedic (Ortho) procedures.
- Adhere to facility-specific trauma level protocols and charting systems (preferably Cerner).
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience, including at least 1 year in the Operating Room (OR).
- Orthopedic (Ortho) experience required.
- ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Active WV or Compact RN license; pending license accepted for submission.
- Minimum 2 Manager and/or Charge Nurse references from the past 2 years.
- Permanent address must be at least 100 miles from the facility (75–100 miles considered case-by-case).
- Must not be a current Vandalia Health System employee; former permanent employees must wait 2 years before returning as a traveler.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Cerner charting system.
- Community hospital experience.

Pay
Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual pay may vary and is subject to change during the assignment.
