Employment type: Travel Registered Nurse – Surgical Unit

Schedule

Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 8‑hour days, days.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate patient care in the surgical unit.
• Assist in various surgical procedures including orthopedic, spine, neuro, vascular, general, bariatrics, robotics, and urology.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Meditech EMR system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding surgical procedures and post‑operative care.

Requirements

• Current RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Mandatory experience in orthopedic surgeries.
• Preferred experience with robotic surgical systems (Da Vinci experience is a plus).

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Contract and local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency; contact your ARMStaffing recruiter for details.
