About the Role
AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Pasadena, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room
- Work in a 350-bed Level 3 Trauma center with 10 OR suites covering orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, podiatry, ENT, bariatric surgery, robotic surgery, and cystoscopy
- Use Meditech charting system
- Work 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with 2 years of OR experience
- Active RN license (Compact accepted; copy needed)
- BLS-AHA certification
- ACLS-AHA certification
- SSN and DOB required
- Work history should not have more than 90 days gap in the last year
- Experience in orthopedics, general surgery, and gynecology required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Meditech charting
Pay
Pay rate: $1,786.00 – $1,878.00 per week (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week; tax-free stipend amount to be determined).
