About the role

The Operating Room is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the operating room setting.
• Assist with pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments.
• Implement and monitor appropriate interventions according to clinical guidelines.
• Participate in surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Operating Room.
• Experience in Orthopedics, General, Urology, and GYN is required.
• Preferred experience in ENT and Vascular procedures (non-Cardiac).
• BSN is preferred.
• Active nursing license in the state of Texas.

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
