Travel OR Registered Nurse - $2,910 per week

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Nurse specializing in Ortho and Neuro surgery. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care while scrubbing and circulating during surgical procedures, in a level I trauma environment. Floating between multiple facilities may be required.

Responsibilities

• Scrubbing and circulating for craniotomies, spinal cases, and orthopedic surgeries.
• Providing care in a level I trauma surgical setting.
• Floating among services at multiple facilities as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of surgical nursing experience.
• Experience in cardiac, liver transplant, craniotomy, and spinal procedures.
• Level I Trauma experience and certification required.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications preferred.
• Experience with orthopedic fractures is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols.

Pay

Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
