About the role

Access Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN for an operating-room assignment in Boise, Idaho. Shift is 10 hours, days (0645–1715).

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in trauma, neuro, and orthopedic surgical cases.
• Remain available for call shifts as scheduled.

Call requirements

• Two to three 12-hour weekend shifts (0700–1900 or 1900–0700) per six-week schedule.
• Holiday coverage when the holiday falls on a weekday.
• One “asterisk” call shift per week; may be asked to stay up to 2 hours past the normal shift end (until 1915 for 10-hour staff, 2115 for 12-hour staff). Those two hours are paid as on-call time.

Requirements

• Active Idaho RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of one year recent experience in an operating-room setting with trauma, neuro, and orthopedic cases.
