About the role
TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a Computed Tomography Technologist (CT Tech) for an immediate travel assignment in Lebanon, Oregon. This is a 13-week travel position with 40 hours per week, 10-hour rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
- Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests, and explain imaging procedures to patients, providing reassurance and support as required.
- Correctly interpret doctors' written instructions.
- Appropriately position patients to scan specific areas of their bodies.
- Use computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients' internal organs and tissues.
- Administer radiocontrast agents to patients to enhance the visibility of internal organs and tissues.
- Evaluate CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.
- Follow safety procedures when working with radiation.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Understand and use the McKesson PACS system.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ARRT (CT) National Certification with registration in computed tomography.
- State-specific licensing when required.
- ARRT (R) certification.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, or stoop easily.
- Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.

Pay
Pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
