Requirements

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of Operating Room (OR) experience, including management-level experience in a perioperative setting
• Experience in Post-Anesthesia Unit, Same Day Surgery, Central Processing Services, and Surgery Scheduling
• Specialty experience in Orthopedics, Robotics, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastic Surgery, Gynecology, Urology, Vascular, Podiatry, Thoracic Surgery, General Surgery
• Knowledge of circulating and assisting during a wide range of surgical procedures
• Thorough understanding of surgical instrumentation and sterile techniques
• Familiarity with operating room protocols across multiple specialties
• Ability to support both complex and routine procedures
• Strong leadership and workflow management skills

Qualifications

• Active California RN License
• AHA BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• MAB or CPI
• LA City Fire & Life Safety Card (must be LA City approved)
• LA County Employee Health Clearance
• Experience with Cerner EMR system
