Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Operate monitoring equipment to measure vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, blood-oxygen levels, and electrocardiogram data.
• Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications; report adverse reactions.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings, notify appropriate team members, and monitor specialized equipment.
• Interpret electronic displays to ensure patient safety.
