About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN First Assist for a 13-week assignment starting August 12, 2026, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgeon during surgical procedures
• Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician
• Administer medications and treatments as directed
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes
• Document patient care activities accurately

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in First Assist or similar role preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
