Travel Operations Specialist

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end air ticketing and accommodation bookings for domestic and international travel
  • Handle both routine and priority travel requests within defined TAT
  • Ensure cost-effective options aligned with corporate travel policy
  • Maintain accuracy in bookings (dates, sectors, fare rules, traveler details)
  • Proactively suggest optimized itineraries balancing cost, convenience, and travel time

Requirements

  • Understanding of visa requirements for key business travel destinations (US, UK, Schengen, APAC)
  • Awareness of documentation required for business visas (invitation letters, travel itineraries, etc.)
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams/vendors for visa processing timelines and travel alignment
  • Strong knowledge of global travel booking processes (air + hotel)
  • Good understanding of fare structures, routing logic, and airline policies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with quick turnaround times
  • High attention to accuracy and compliance
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate travel management / ticketing
  • Exposure to Domestic/International travel bookings is preferred
