About the Role
This is a hands-on support role at Luxury Escape by Jaclyn Vehlewald, focused on helping the team manage travel-related requests from research or inquiry through accurate documentation, coordination, and follow-up. This position supports day-to-day customer, administrative, operational, or business workflows.
Responsibilities
A typical workday may include:
- Reviewing traveler requests, booking details, destination research, supplier information, or itinerary changes.
- Keeping names, dates, confirmations, preferences, and travel documentation accurate in shared systems.
- Following up with travelers, suppliers, or internal teams when information or action is outstanding.
- Tracking open work by resolving routine questions and escalating complex booking or service issues with clear notes.

Requirements
- Strong attention to names, dates, confirmations, and customer preferences.
- Clear customer communication and dependable follow-up.
- Confidence researching and organizing information across web-based tools.
- Ability to manage several requests without losing track of outstanding details.
