Travel Operations Specialist
This role operates within a Manila-based full-service travel agency handling domestic and international destinations, trip types, activities, optional tours, and visa assistance. The Travel Operations Specialist ensures travel planning and service delivery are executed with precision, maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile supplier coordination with travel operations, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the agency’s workflow.
- Coordinate and track role documentation for Gladex Travel and Tours Corp, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next steps.
- Review reservation systems with deadline management to ensure accuracy and timeliness in travel operations.
- Document processes and generate reports to maintain traceability and compliance in travel operations.
- Maintain quality control through workflow management, ensuring unresolved items are assigned owners and errors are surfaced before causing downstream rework.

Position Details
This is a full-time, associate-level role. The position is 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
