Responsibilities
- Reconcile travel operations with supplier coordination, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action within wellness tourism, congresses, pilgrimages, international missions, tailor-made group programs, events, and traveler support.
- Coordinate and track documentation for G Spa Travel S.A.S., maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next action in the specified travel contexts.
- Review reservation systems with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability for all travel operations.
- Document processes and generate reports, maintaining clear records of travel operations and decision-making.
- Maintain quality control and workflow management, ensuring completed work is traceable and unresolved items have designated owners.

Position Details

Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
