Required Qualifications & Competencies
- Dual-Role Expectation: Must be competent to perform all duties of a Circulating RN. Must be willing to perform Scrub RN duties (Facility will train to scrub if the candidate is circulate-only).
- Multiple years of surgical experience is preferred. Must be comfortable providing care across all age demographics (neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric).
Licenses & Certifications
- Active Idaho (ID) State or Compact RN license required upon hire/start.
- BLS (Required upon hire)
- ACLS (Required within one year of hire—highly preferred upfront for travelers)
