About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
- Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care
- Manage sterile field and maintain aseptic technique
- Communicate effectively with other members of the surgical team
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in South Dakota
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in operating room setting preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, subject to confirmation. There is a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
