Shift Options

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 8-Hour Variable Day Shifts

Location Requirements

• Must live outside 50-mile radius
• Personal vehicle required (No Uber/Lyft due to call requirements)

Required Certifications

• WI RN License
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLs (AHA)

Required Experience

• 5+ Years OR Experience
• At Least 1 Prior Travel Assignment
• Experience in Large OR Departments (20+ OR Suites)
• OR Circulating Required
• Scrubbing Preferred
• Da Vinci Robotics Experience Required
• Level II Trauma Experience Required

EMR

• Epic Preferred

• General Surgery
• GYN
• Urology
• Plastics
• ENT
• GI

Call Requirements

• 6–8 Weeknight Call Shifts During Assignment
• 1–2 Weekend Call Rotations During Assignment
• 30-Minute Response Time
• Must Be Ready and In the OR Within 30 Minutes
• 2-Hour Minimum Call Back Pay
