A hospital in Bridgeport, Connecticut, is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 14-week travel assignment.

Responsibilities

• Performing surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
• Assisting surgeons during surgeries
• Maintaining sterile field and instrument counts
• Assisting with patient positioning and moving patients between operating rooms
• Managing post-operative care and documentation

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent OR General Surgery experience
• BLS certification
• Current CT license

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in operating room equipment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
