Travel Operating Room RN - $2,544 per week

About the role

Comprehensive Medical Center in the Finger Lakes area of New York is looking for a OR RN. Candidate needed for 40 hours days per week, for a 13 week contract, 1-12hr call shift per week (overnight or weekend, with a possible extension).

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons.
• Assist surgeons during surgeries, including setting up instruments, draping patients, and passing instruments.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Prepare operating rooms for surgery and ensure proper sterilization of equipment.
• Collaborate with other members of the surgical team to ensure smooth operation of the OR.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years experience as an OR RN.
• Current NY licensure.
• BLS Certification.
