Travel Operating Room RN - $2,527 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment starting on August 24, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
• Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care
• Ensure sterile technique and maintain aseptic conditions
• Communicate effectively with other members of the surgical team
• Document patient care accurately and timely

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Maine
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in operating room setting preferred

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
