Travel Operating Room RN - $2,513 per week

About the role

A hospital in CT is looking for an experienced OR RN for a 13 week travel assignment. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of recent OR General Surgery experience, BLS and CT license.

Responsibilities

• Performing surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
• Assisting surgeons during operations
• Maintaining sterile field and operating environment
• Managing patient flow and communication between surgical teams
• Administering anesthesia and monitoring patients’ vital signs
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes

Requirements

• BLS certification
• Current CT license
• 2+ years of recent OR General Surgery experience
