Travel Operating Room RN - $2,409 per week

About the role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, at 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, nights.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures as a scrub or circulating nurse
• Prepare and maintain a sterile operating environment
• Monitor patients during surgery and respond to any emergencies
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs
• Document all intraoperative care and maintain accurate records
• Ensure equipment and instruments are properly sterilized and available

Requirements

• Active RN license (Compact license preferred)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• CNOR certification preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent Operating Room experience
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and surgical safety protocols
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly in fast-paced settings
