Arrow Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Mason City, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Operating Room under the supervision of an experienced surgeon.
• Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care of patients.
• Prepare operating rooms for procedures, set up equipment, and ensure sterility.
• Administer medications and fluids as ordered by the physician.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the surgical team.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Iowa.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in an OR setting preferred.
• Knowledge of surgical techniques and patient care protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
