Job Details

• Shift: 12H Days
• Total Weekly Hours: 36

Certification Requirements

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)

Experience and Skills Required

• Minimum Experience Required: 5 years
• Will need 3/4 on skill checklist in all areas: General, GYN, Urology, Orthopedic total joint/sports med
• Required: DaVinci XI experience (GYN, GEN, and URO robot cases) with ortho
• Skillset Requirements: Circulate (required); Ortho/Total Joint/DaVinci/Urology required
• Trauma Level I & II Experience: Preferred
• Community Hospital Experience: Preferred

Education

Travelers University must be accredited by the ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation.

Charting System

Cerner experience required.

Special Equipment

Da Vinci Xi Surgical System.

Submittal Details

• 2 supervisor references required
• SSN and DOB required at time of submittal

Additional Information

• Local travelers with IN permanent residence offered $15 below the current bill rate
• Charge pay offered
• Facility conducts interviews in the afternoons
