About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 8-week assignment starting October 5, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
- Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care
- Ensure sterile technique and maintain aseptic conditions
- Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare providers
- Adhere to hospital policies and protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in operating room setting preferred
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
