Travel Operating Room RN - $2,343 per week

About the role

Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment starting immediately at a facility in Lewiston, Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
• Assist with preoperative and postoperative care
• Manage sterile field and equipment
• Communicate effectively with surgical team members
• Maintain aseptic technique throughout procedures

Requirements

• 2 years of recent experience in OR nursing
• Current BLS certification (certifications vary by location)
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice
• Valid driver's license
• Background check and drug screen required

Qualifications

• Current BLS required (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS)
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice
• Valid Driver's License

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of surgical techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
