Travel Operating Room RN - $2,300 per week

About the role

Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment in Richmond, Virginia. The position requires 36 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and operates on a day shift with tapers for evenings. The employment type is travel.

Responsibilities

• Staff one team of RN, SA, and surgical tech per OR room running on day shift and tapers on evenings.
• Call on weekends and nights.
• Handle patient ratios of 1-1.
• Operate on a variety of units including robotics, neurosurgery, general, plastics, urology, orthopedic, and more.
• Perform typical procedures such as all surgeries except for transplant and cardiac surgery.

Requirements

• Candidates must have robotic experience.
• Ortho experience is preferred but not required.
• Neurosurgical experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Certified Registered Nurse (RN).
• Certified Neurological Registered Nurse (CNOR) is a plus.

Skills

Robotic experience and ortho experience are preferred but not required.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
