Travel Operating Room RN - $2,255 per week

About the role

A hospital in Eastern Oregon is in need of a Nurse Manager for their Operating Room. This is a permanent position, so the hospital will consider candidates without an Oregon license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the operating room
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines
• Manage staff schedules and ensure coverage during shifts
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and patient care
• Train and mentor new staff members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Registered Nurse
• Experience managing an operating room environment
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
