Travel Operating Room RN - $2,212 per week

About the role

Hospital in the Tacoma WA area is looking for an OR RN to help out on a 13 week assignment. BLS and current WA RN license are required upon submission. 8 hour shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
• Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care
• Manage sterile field and equipment during surgeries
• Communicate effectively with surgical teams and patients
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols

Requirements

• BLS certification
• Current WA RN license

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an operating room setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Skills

• Proficient in operating room procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
