About the role

Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment in Newton Lower Falls, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of an experienced surgeon
• Assist with preoperative and postoperative patient care
• Ensure sterile technique and maintain aseptic conditions
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia staff, and other healthcare providers
• Manage patient flow and assist with equipment setup and maintenance

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• Experience in operating room setting preferred
• Knowledge of surgical techniques and patient care protocols
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and nights
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Current BLS certification
