Travel Operating Room RN - $2,114 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Operating Room assignment in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

About the Role

This travel nursing assignment lasts 25 weeks, starting on August 24, 2026. The position requires 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift.

Responsibilities

• Circulate and scrub in the Operating Room
• Perform duties in specialties such as neuro spine, ortho spine, vascular, or robotics
• Demonstrate proficiency in various surgical procedures, including robotic and vascular surgeries
• Utilize unit systems: PYXIS, EPIC, and SBAR

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
• Must have experience in at least 2 of the following specialties: neuro spine, ortho spine, vascular, or robotics
• Unable to screen applicants out of the acute OR setting for more than 6 months
• Not considering applicants with recent management roles
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification required
• Travel experience required
• NC or Compact nursing license; pending OK for submittal
• Former Novant/New Hanover employees must wait 12 months before applying
• Local candidates (within 50 miles) may receive a lower pay rate

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and may be subject to change during an assignment.
