About the role
Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment in Glendale, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Operating Room under supervision
- Perform surgical procedures according to established protocols
- Assist surgeons during surgeries
- Maintain sterile field and instrument sets
- Manage patient flow and communication between surgical teams
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an OR RN
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- A valid AZ or compact license
Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in operating room equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
