American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, at Research Hospital Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Assist in OR procedures performing cardiac, trauma, orthopedic, neurosurgical, urological, gynecological, and robotic surgeries.
• Utilize advanced skills to support procedures using DaVinci and Mako robotics.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN.
• Qualified applicants must have OR skills.
• Qualified applicants must have BLS certification.
• Valid RN license in Missouri or willing to obtain licensure.
• Advanced skills needed: procedures performed on unit including Hearts, Trauma, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Urology, GYN, Robotics (DaVinci and Mako), Level I trauma center.
• Be willing to obtain State licensure.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

40 hours per week, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (rotating shifts to meet operational needs).
