About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
- Assist with preoperative and postoperative patient care
- Ensure sterile technique and maintain aseptic conditions
- Communicate effectively with surgical teams and patients
- Manage equipment and supplies used during surgeries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Georgia
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in operating room setting preferred
Qualifications
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficiency with surgical instruments and equipment
- Knowledge of surgical techniques and protocols
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation.
