Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse - $2,750 per week

About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in operating room settings, specifically within a Level-1 Adult Trauma and Pediatric Level-2 Trauma center. The role requires expertise in various surgical services and trauma cases, as well as the ability to scrub and circulate in a fast-paced main operating room environment. This is a 13-week travel nursing contract located in Borough Park, Brooklyn, New York.

Schedule

• NOC Shift: 19:00 – 07:30 (3 × 11.5 hr shifts per week)
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week duration

Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate for a variety of surgical procedures across multiple specialties
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment in the operating room
• Assist with trauma and emergency surgeries, including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Robotics, and Vascular cases
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of nursing experience in an operating room setting
• New York State RN Licensure
• BLS certification
• Trauma experience is highly preferred
• Experience with Robotic surgeries (Da Vinci Xi) and multi-specialty surgical cases
• Previous travel experience preferred
