Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse - $2,656 per week

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in a variety of surgical specialties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general, ortho-total joint, neuro, gynecological/urological, vascular, and thoracic surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various surgical procedures and interventions.
• Monitor patient’s condition pre, during, and post-surgery.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment.
• Collaborate with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.

Requirements

• Must possess an active Registered Nurse license in New York.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience with Epic electronic medical record system preferred.
• Phlebotomy and IV placement competency required.

Pay

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Day shift, 4x10-Hour (11:00 AM - 9:30 PM).
