About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment starting August 24, 2026, in Columbus, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
- Assist with preoperative and postoperative patient care
- Manage sterile field and equipment during surgeries
- Communicate effectively with surgical teams and patients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in operating room setting preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of surgical techniques and protocols

Pay
The pay package is based on 6-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
