About the role
Hospital in central Minnesota is looking for an OR RN for Days. 12 week contract - ASAP Start!
Responsibilities
- Performing surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
- Assisting surgeons during operations
- Maintaining sterile field and instrument counts
- Managing patient flow and assisting with post-operative care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Minnesota
- Current BLS certification
Qualifications
- Experience in operating room setting preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Excellent technical skills in operating room procedures
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in using medical equipment
