Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse - $2,125 per week

Job Summary

The Operating Room Nurse (RN) position is available in Lafayette, Indiana. This role involves providing specialized nursing care in a busy, multi-specialty surgical environment. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring patient safety and assisting surgical teams throughout various procedures.

Schedule

• Days shift
• 12-hour shifts
• Minimum of 36 hours per week
• Varying days off from Monday to Friday

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• A minimum of 3 years of experience
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

Preferred Qualifications

• Robotics training
• Experience with vascular and open heart procedures

Additional Information

• This position involves working in a surgical unit with 10 operating rooms
• Supports a variety of patient cases including general, orthopedic, neuro, gynecology, ENT, robotics, urology, podiatry, vascular, and open heart surgeries
• Flexibility, a positive attitude, attentiveness, and the ability to adapt quickly are key traits for success in this role
• Scrubs will be provided; appropriate surgical attire is required

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
