Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse - $2,040 per week

Job Summary

The position involves providing specialized nursing care within the surgical department of a busy healthcare organization. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes during surgical procedures. The RN will be responsible for maintaining sterile environments, assisting during surgeries, and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Must have 2 years of current experience in an acute hospital setting, with strong ortho, neuro, and robotics experience
• Willingness to float to general Operating Room

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with robotics and Da Vinci systems
• Scrub experience

Additional Information

• The candidate will be preparing operating rooms, arranging equipment, assisting surgeons during surgeries, inspecting and maintaining surgical equipment, and managing inventory
• Dress code involves scrubs, for which attire is provided
• The facility is a certified comprehensive Stroke Center with significant recent upgrades, including new patient towers and expanded capacity for operating rooms, ICU, and emergency rooms

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
