Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse - $1,991 per week

About the role

Central Arizona hospital is looking for a travel RN to work a contract in their Operating Room. This Arizona hospital has a 12 room OR and takes about 30 admissions a day. The hospital is looking to fill this need right away and will interview quickly!

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing patients for surgery
• Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
• Monitor patient vital signs during and after surgery
• Manage postoperative pain management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current Arizona RN license
• Experience in operating room setting preferred
• Knowledge of surgical techniques and anesthesia management

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of physical stamina and endurance
• Passion for travel nursing and working in a fast-paced environment

Skills

• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
