Job Notes

• OR RN circulator, scrub experience preferred.
• Minimum of 18 months PERM OR experience.
• MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND.
• AHA ACLS AND BLS required.
• Covid-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only.
• Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only.
• Previous Charge Experience: Not required.
• Experience: 18 months combined perm experience in specialty applying for required, preferred to be within one location but not required.
• Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission.
• Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward.
• TWO references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission.
• Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending.
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
• Locals accepted at same BR.
• Facility does not accept any license hits.
• Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. All other travelers MUST BE NICOTINE FREE.
• Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually.
