Responsibilities

• Perform cardiopulmonary assessments and provide respiratory therapy services
• Administer respiratory treatments and manage oxygen therapy
• Operate and monitor ventilators and other respiratory support equipment
• Provide emergency airway management and life support interventions
• Care for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients with respiratory disorders
• Educate patients and families regarding respiratory treatments and equipment
• Document patient care accurately and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Perform respiratory care services throughout all hospital departments as assigned
