About the Role

Travel Oncology RN job in Asheville, NC, at an 853-bed acute care hospital and the region's only Level I trauma center.

Responsibilities

• Provide oncology nursing care in a travel capacity
• Work 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week
• Duration: 26 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or compact state (copy required)
• 2 years of recent oncology experience
• BLS certification
• SSN and DOB required
• Work history with no more than 90 days of gap in the last year
• Must pass ECG testing during onboarding

Preferred Qualifications

• ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certification
• ACLS certification
• Experience with Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Pay

Pay rate: $1,920.00 – $2,018.00 per week, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (tax-free stipend amount to be determined).
