Job Details: Location: Richmond, VA, Setting: Hospital, Duration: 13 weeks, Schedule: 7:00PM - 7:00AM, 12 hours, 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to oncology patients in a hospital setting.
• Access portacaths or demonstrate willingness to learn this skill.
• Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly.
• Document patient care accurately in Meditech system.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Adhere to hospital dress code and policies, including navy uniforms.
• Support patient comfort and safety during 12-hour night shifts.
• Assist with unit procedures and facilitate efficient patient flow.
