About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Provide oncology care under the supervision of a licensed professional
- Administer chemotherapy and other medications as prescribed
- Monitor patients for side effects and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient progress and treatments accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Oklahoma
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in oncology nursing preferred
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Strong knowledge of oncology nursing practices
- Proficiency in administering chemotherapy and medications

Pay
The pay package is based on an 8-hour shift and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
